Austin Med Spa is an example shop used to demonstrate NextUp, a waitlist tool for HighLevel shops. It is not a real clinic and does not take real appointments. NextUp is operated by Freeman Labs.

Who we are

This site and its text waitlist are operated by Freeman Labs, 800 Embassy Dr, Austin, TX 78702 (email support@joinnextup.com, phone (737) 387-7476). "We" below means Freeman Labs.

What we collect

  • Your name and mobile number, when you join the waitlist.
  • A record of your consent to receive texts: the time, the exact consent text you saw, the page, and your IP address and browser type.
  • Your replies to our texts, including STOP and HELP.
  • Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment details, health information or government IDs on this site.

How we use it

We use your name and number only to send the waitlist texts you asked for (confirmation of your sign-up, open appointment times and booking confirmations), to keep proof of your consent, and to answer your questions. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who it is shared with

We use service providers to run the site and deliver texts: HighLevel stores your contact record and sends the messages through US mobile carriers, and Cloudflare hosts this site. They may handle your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you join the waitlist, we send you text messages from the program "Austin Med Spa Waitlist Alerts, powered by NextUp": one confirmation after you sign up, then texts when an appointment time opens and booking confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your mobile number and your consent are used only for this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are in the SMS program terms.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS, and your contact record is kept in our HighLevel account. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we only use this information to run the waitlist.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on this site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie to tell people from bots.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact record and consent record for up to 3 years after your last activity, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one final confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.
  • Email support@joinnextup.com or call (737) 387-7476 to see, correct or delete your information. You can also ask us to stop using it.
  • Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts you send or receive.

Children

This site is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Our Terms and SMS program terms also apply.
