About this example shop

Austin Med Spa is not a real business.

Austin Med Spa is an example shop used to demonstrate NextUp, a waitlist tool for HighLevel shops. It is not a real clinic and does not take real appointments. NextUp is operated by Freeman Labs.

Why it exists

NextUp helps shops that book on HighLevel fill canceled appointments by texting the people on their waitlist. To show how that works, including the sign-up, the consent wording and the texts themselves, we built this small example shop in the NextUp demo account. You can try the waitlist sign-up with your own number.

Who runs it

Freeman Labs builds and operates NextUp and this example site. Mail and calls go to 800 Embassy Dr, Austin, TX 78702 · (737) 387-7476 · support@joinnextup.com.

The spa's name, menu, prices and hours are examples. There are no staff, reviews, licenses or credentials here, because there is no real clinic. Want this for your own shop? See joinnextup.com.
